I visited you store on 7/7/2026. i checked out at 6:33 pm. It was not a good visit. waited over 45 minutes for service on isle 41, electrical wire. Then informed no one on staff to cut wire. back in my manager days this would have got me fires. The manger should be able to fill in when staff does not show up. this store needs mode cross training or just post a sign wire cutting 12 to 1 pm. your competitor took care of me. Probably go there first from now on.

A few years ago Walmart post a bad update to their self-checkout where it would constantly flag someone placing two items in a bag add a time instead of one as criminal. Sometimes it'd flag you simply for not bagging an item. It was ridiculous. You'd have to stand there like a child who had been chastened for no good reason, waiting for the attendant to come over to approve you as a once again good and upstanding citizen. It's a humiliation ritual, and it's a presumption of criminality that is strung around the necks of those who attend the store. Tell me, in what meaningful way is that Flock camera you have installed out front any different? Until seeing that camera, for the last five maybe six years now, I would visit the store 2 to 3 times per month. Sometimes just to walk around in the gardening section. I'll not return again. How un-American it is to think that every neighbor of yours is trying to rob you. Criminals are out there, but your bottom line is all-but-wholly built by decent people undeserving of any suspicion. People like my mother, grandmother, and myself. Only 30% of the population has a record of any kind. Hopefully you'll reconsider this.

Called to rent a trailer and the guy in the rental department was very rude and short. He seemed like I was bothering him by asking if they rent trailers. I very experienced in pulling trailers i didn’t dumb questions just if they rent them and how much!

This Home Depot donated all the lumber, nails, screws, etc to build a wheelchair ramp so my wife could come home after a month in the hospital. She gave birth and had no feeling in her legs for several months after an epidural gone wrong. This was in 2011. Thank you Home Depot Norman, Oklahoma.

Home Depot is worthless if you try to order anything in store employees or lazy is all get out and will not do anything to help you out. I will no longer waste my time or my customers money at Home Depot.
